Conexant announced in a U.S. Securities and Exchange filing today that former chief financial officer J. Scott Blouin has left the company, as has Dennis E. O’Reilly, who was senior vice president, chief legal officer and secretary.

Blouin stepped down as CFO on Sept. 9 and temporarily held a position as an executive assistant to Artusi. That job ended Oct. 12.

Conexant said it will pay him $325,000 per year through Oct. 12, 2009 and $417,500 for bonuses and other salary.

As for O’Reilly, who left Oct. 16, the company said it will pay him $325,000 a year through next Oct. 16, plus $366,048 for his bonus and other salary.

Conexant selected Karen Roscher as its new CFO in early September. The company said earlier this month that it has started its search for O’Reilly’s successor.

Artusi, who had been CEO at Silicon Laboratories in Austin, Tex., was named Conexant’s leader in June.
